The Interim Government says it has appointment Herman Jay Cohen as it’s ambassador to other nations. Among other functions it says Cohen will be expected to act it’s key negotiator.
“The international community or Cameroun and her supporters can no longer say that they don’t know who to negotiate with” an announcement signed by Dabney Yerima read.
This comes at a moment when final preparations are being made for the awaited National Dialogue including the invitation of key separatist leaders from abroad.
