“Keep on being you…”, Biggy Studios winner, Fhish appreciates fans

Artist, Fhish Lesly who was named winner of the second edition of the Biggy Studios reality show has sent a message of appreciation to his supporters.

Fhish in a live video yesterday thanked all those who voted for him to get the 12 million FCFA prize.

“Telling you to thank you for all the votes is just going to be clumsy. I’m good, I’m fine, I got the prize truly deserved,” Fhish said.

He added: “It’s not just me, it is every one of you. I respect every effort you made.”

He went on to urge them to continue being themselves and watch the universe work in their favor. His words: “Just keep on being you, don’t be nobody else. It is the only thing I can tell you.”

Fhish, it should be recalled, entered the mansion a few hours after the other 23 contestants. Initially, the artist was given a cold shoulder by even the general public, owing to some challenges he had been facing before the show.

Days before being on the show, Fhish was arrested and detained for causing trouble at a relaxation spot in Buea, South West Region. His seemingly not sorry attitude worsened the situation, as many fans called him out.

He, therefore, entered the show as a notorious troublemaker and wasn’t expected to last.

The ‘kirikou’ crooner, however, left many surprised after his first clash with a housemate – Patience. Despite her insults and unruly character towards Fhish, he surprisingly kept his cool and turned the other cheek multiple times.

This went on to make him one of the most loved housemates, given his approach to challenges in the mansion.
