Residents of Mutengene in the South West region say the armed forces have tortured some civilians this morning at Limbe road.
“They even smashed a young guy this morning when he went to eat… the military where asking him if he doesn’t know that today is ghost town” a resident says.
The incident comes after Ambazonia separatists are said to have launched an attack on the military at about 2AM this morning.
