National Assembly House Speaker , the Rt Hon Cavaye Yeguie Djibril has been conspicuously absent from the dialogue talks.
The talks began Monday in his absence.
He has since not been spotted at the high -level meeting which ends tomorrow.
Hon Cavaye has repeatedly stopped SDF MPs from raising the Anglophone crisis in parliament .
It is not clear if the man who has been House Speaker since 1992 boycotted the event or has been preoccupied with other state duties .
