Race to Etoudi: Campaigns enter day 6, Rallies multiply, Ndam Njoya and Paul Biya missing in the political scene.

The incumbent Paul Biya has not hit any campaign rally ground to canvas for votes from the over 6million electors in Cameroon but the Head of State has representatives deployed all over the national territory for the exercise.

Besides his social media campaigns, Aminatou Ahidjo just rounded up her pro-CPDM meetings in Bamenda and Foumban ahead of the OCT 7th election.
She will be in Adamawa region for a similar exercise.
Meantime, the CPDM party is due to hold a grand rally at the Yaounde City Council today.
Youth Associations, bikers and “buyam-sellams” will be present.


The UNIVERS presidential candidate, Cabral Libii will be in Boumnyebel and Ngog-Mapoubi today after he carried out a proximity campaign Wednesday in Yaounde.

Barrister Akere Muna of the PFD party is due to hold his first rally in Douala today since the start campaigns.
After sharing his economic, social and political vision for a new Cameroon to thousands of supporters and sympathisers in Edea, he will be in Limbe and then Stade Cicam in Douala as from 2pm this Thursday.


From the centre region, Honorable Joshua Osih is in Douala where his will unveil his next destination.

He will be guest on special campaign program on Equinoxe TV <La verité en face>> starting 9pm.


The campaign caravan of Prophet Frankline Ndifor Afanwi of the CNCM party is heading to the West region where he is due to woo voters in Baham, Foumbot, Bafang….he was received by thousands of supporters and sympathisers in Kribi and other parts of the South region Wednesday.

Professor Maurice Kamto who is multiplying proximity and social media campaigns is expected in Garoua today after his yesterday’s grand rally in Ngaoundere.


Serge Espoire Matomba will be meeting party supporters in Doumé- Dimako today. He was in the centre region Wednesday where his mobile phone was stolen but later recovered by the police.

The campaign program of Garga haman Adji after he held impromptu rallies in Edea and Douala is unknown while Adamou Ndam Njoya has not been perceived in public since the start of campaigns.
