Three feared dead in road accident in Douala

Atleast three persons have reportedly died in Ndokoti Douala, Wouri division of the Littoral region following a road accident Sunday May 22. This was following a speeding truck that lost control, hitting at least three commercial motorcycles and a taxi which had people on board.


According to reports, the truck in question suffered break failure at the Ndokoti Roundabout.


The riders of the three commercial bikes were reportedly crushed to death while passengers in the taxis affected by the accident came out unhurt.


It is reported that a similar accident happened in the Ndogpassi neighbourhood during which, a truck crushed a woman to death and injured another person.
