Sandrine Ornella, a 17-year-old girl, was found brutally murdered after going missing for four months in Bandjoun, Cameroon’s West Region.
The young girl whose body was found in an advanced state of decomposition went missing in October 2022.
The body according to reports was discovered by some children not far from a river in the locality. The children were said to be on their way to fetch water when they made the macabre discovery.
The corpse of the young girl has been buried, while investigations are ongoing to uncover the perpetrators of the gruesome act.
