Three persons are said to have been killed during a military raid days ago in Pinyin in the North West region.
The armed forces are said to have fired randomly at a burial ceremony near the Pinyin Palace causing the casualties.
“Millitary entered Pinyin on Friday and fired randomly at a burial ceremony near the Pinyin Palace and killed 3 persons,” a source told MMI.
Pinyin few days ago witnessed one of the worst scenes since the start of the crisis where a wardress was brutally murdered.
The Anglophone crisis which began peacefully in 2016 transformed into an armed conflict in 2017 after soldiers used live bullets on peace protesters.
Over 3.000 people have been killed according to the United Nations though Anglophone activists hold that the figures are higher.
