1 86-years-old Paul Barthélemy Biya’a bi Mvondo who has ruled Cameroon with iron fist takes the country by storm to announce, he will address the nation.
The announcement signed by the director of his cabinet said his rare message will be broadcast live on radio and Television at 8:00 pm, September 10, 2019.

2 The first vice president of Cameroon Renaissance Movement Party has been sentenced to two years in prison. Mamadou Mota was sentenced today at the Ekounou court of first instance in Yaounde. He and others were found guilty of group rebellion and masterminding the July 22, 2019 protest at the Yaounde central prison. On same charges, Mancho Bibixy has been sentenced to two years while Ngalim Felix has been sentenced to three years.
3 Five hundred thousand litres of illicit fuel have been seized at the seaport in Douala. This took place on the night of sunday September 8, 2019. The owners of the fuel are on the run after abandoning their boats. The custom officers say they got a tip off about the illegal importation and them ambushed the dealers.

6 Over fifty people arrested in Mbabe village Tombel subdivision in Kupe Muanenguba in the South West region are preparing to spend their first night in detention in Tombel. The men aged between 15 and 50 were arrested early this morning in Mbabe village and taken to Tombel. Just a few of those arrested were released after women from the village trekked to Tombel demanding the release otheir husbands and sons.
7 Many turn out in the town of Kumba South West of Cameroon this day to purchase goods following an auction sale organised by authorities of the town. The Divisional officer of Kumba 1 Saffo Roger says the initiative was to allow the people of Kumba buy food stuff on a cheaper rate after days of lockdown. 8 A Buea based blogger Samgwa Fabrice has been released following his arrest today. He and several others were arrested this morning at the mile 17 park in Buea by the military. They have been condemning torture meted on them by the military in their camp. They were accused of working in complicity with Amba boys.

The head of the military base indicate that the elements were having lunch when the militants launched the surprised attack.
13 The mortal remains of a Less than five-year old child have been deposited at the Laquintinine hospital mortuary in Douala after she drowned in a pool of standing rain water in the Darker Neighborhood of Douala III subdivision. The child who went playing with friends after intense rainfall felt into a pool of standing water. She was removed alive but later died in a hospital where she was rushed to.

The big wig of CRM party was arrested at the military tribunal in Yaounde Cameroon on Friday September 6th, 2019 while taking part in the court hearing of the CRM party leaders, allies and supporters.
