The Kumba II Sub divisional council, in an operation yesterday, September 14, distributed potable water to residents.
The operation follows water scarcity, said to have clocked two weeks already, in the city of Kumba.
The water scarcity is said to be a result of damage in the main supply pipe at the water catchment.
The distribution was carried out in neighborhoods like the Hausa quarters, Fiango Market neighborhood, and New Layout.
The operation witnessed a massive turnout of residents from these neighborhoods.
