The Indomitable Lionesses of Cameroon are set to face Nigeria’s super Falcons in the quarter-finals of the 2022 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations, WAFCON.
The competition is ongoing in Morocco.
The match is scheduled to take place Thursday July 14, 2022 at 6pm Cameroon time.
On sartuday July 9,the Lionesses made it to the knock out stage of the competition following a 2-0 victory over Tunisia.
A victory which was secured thanks to a second goal by Nchout Njoya Ajara.
The goal came at the 90th minute of the game.
Second after Zambia, Cameroon finished the group stage of the competition with 5 points, after drawing Zambia and Togo in its previous matches.
The three other quarter-finals pairing include: Morocco and Botswana, Senegal and Zambia, South Africa and Tunisia.
